Deloitte Luxembourg plays it's part by trying to foster gender diversity in it's work force by taking a leap beyond. It hosts a competition called "Deloitte Young Women Challenege" every year where more than 200 of women contest to propose their solutions to gender imbalance at workplace.
In the winter of 2018, my friends were participating in the same. They had some awesome ideas but they were stuck with the right implementation. The apt way to present their ideas was boggling them and so they reached out to me for help.
I helped them improvise upon their idea and suggested them some tools to develop their creatives. At the same time, I volunteered to design a mobile app prototype using Proto.io adding icing to the cake.
In the end, all of us worked really hard on the project, brain storming the ideas and came up with some really cool designs. I worked on the designs and the mobile prototype app for three days. This project comprised of some of my best designs ever.
